*Removable Vinyl Stencils are a TEMPORARY use and should last for 6-10 Lures if taken care of. Here are some tips for using:

• Eye Spot to aid lining up the stencil.
• Try not to flood with paint, if paint gets between bait and stencil it will reduce the adhesive principles of the stencil.
• Make sure the bait is dry before applying to the lure. Adhesive may peel if base coat is not good and dry.
• Consider applying a top coat of ULVS or other before applying the stencil. Not necessary but can protect the colors underneath.
• Don’t overheat the stencil while applied to the bait in most instances you can dry just by airbrush air
• When removing the stencil peel slowly as to not pull paint from the lure.
• Always return the stencil back to the coated backing after use.
• To protect the edges of the stencil we only “weed” one stencil. Weeding is the process of removing the inner cuts of the stencil, this can be accomplished with tweezers or in some instances masking tape. See our video linked below to learn how to achieve the weeding process.
